CMMS Implementation & Customer Success Specialist

In this key position, you will contribute to the organization and the end-to-end delivery of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) solutions for hydropower. You will work closely with customers, regional teams and global experts to transform engineering and maintenance data into reliable asset structures and workflows. Your goal is to deliver successful implementations, drive user adoption and create measurable customer value throughout the solution lifecycle.

Your tasks

- Plan and execute end-to-end CMMS implementations, including discovery, configuration, data migration, testing, training and go-live.
- Collect, cleanse, validate and structure engineering, asset and maintenance data from drawings, equipment documentation, site information and existing systems.
- Develop and maintain asset hierarchies, equipment registers, bills of materials, preventive maintenance routines, job plans and spare-parts lists in line with relevant standards.
- Manage implementation scope, schedule, risks, quality and milestones in coordination with customers, project teams and internal stakeholders.
- Drive customer success after go-live through training, coaching, structured support and monitoring of adoption and maintenance outcomes.
- Coordinate integration readiness with ERP, SCADA, condition monitoring, GIS and other relevant IT/OT systems and teams.




- Create reusable templates, data-import tools, maintenance libraries and standard procedures to improve the speed, consistency and quality of future deployments.
- Support customer and sales discussions with technical expertise and identify opportunities for solution expansion based on measurable value delivery.

Your profile

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, information technology or a comparable field; equivalent skilled experience will also be considered.
- 3-5 years of experience in CMMS or industrial software implementation and/or customer success, ideally within the energy, utilities, manufacturing or infrastructure sectors.
- Practical knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling, asset hierarchy development, bills of materials and preventive maintenance strategies.
- Experience with CMMS platforms; experience with Fiix, SAP PM, IBM Maximo or Infor is an advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or Tableau and basic SQL knowledge are an advantage.
- Structured and customer-oriented personality with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Business-fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required and to work in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
