About the Role:

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate

will have prior experience managing client relationships in the banking sector

(preferred) excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver top-tier client

service in a consulting setting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong and

transparent communication.

• Understand client goals, challenges, and expectations to deliver tailored advisory

outcomes.

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.

• Collaborate with leadership to renew, extend, or expand client mandates.

• Develop and maintain client feedback loops to identify improvement areas.

• Uphold confidentiality and data integrity across all client interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile Criteria Requirement

Education : Any Graduate

Experience 1-3 years in client servicing, CRM

Skills Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills
