Project Management

- Lead project planning activities including scope definition, work breakdown structure (WBS), timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and delivery dashboards.
- Proactively track progress against milestones, identify risks early, and drive mitigation and corrective actions.
- Manage change requests, assess impact on scope, timeline, cost, and quality, and obtain required approvals.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, delivery standards, and agreed methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of deliverables.
- Drive ontime, withinscope delivery while balancing business priorities and technical constraints.
- Requirement Gathering
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, validate, and prioritize business and project requirements.
- Facilitate requirementgathering sessions including interviews, workshops, and walkthroughs.
- Manage requirement scope and ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
- Analysis and Documentation
- Analyse business needs and translate them into functional, nonfunctional, and technical specifications.
- Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, PRDs, business process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure endtoend traceability of requirements across design, development, testing,



and release.
- Solution Design
- Work closely with architects, developers, and UX teams to design scalable and practical solutions.
- Validate solution designs against business requirements, delivery timelines, and longterm roadmap goals.
- Support decisionmaking on scope, cost, and technical tradeoffs.
- Testing and Validation
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test strategies, scenarios, and coverage aligned with requirements.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, defect resolution, and business signoff.
- Ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria and deliver intended business outcomes.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for projectrelated communications.
- Provide regular, structured updates on project status, risks, dependencies, and upcoming milestones.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve escalations through explicit communication and datadriven insights.
- Continuous Improvement
- Conduct retrospectives and postimplementation reviews to capture lessons learned.
- Identify opportunities to enhance delivery processes, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
- Stay current with industry best practices in project management, business analysis, and digital transformation.

Qualifications:

- Education:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, or a related field.
- MCA degree in Information Technology or a related field
