Roles and Responsibilities :

- Ensure smooth operation of paint shop equipment, including robotic painting systems, by performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
- Troubleshoot issues with mechanical systems and electrical components to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement in the paint shop process and implement changes to increase productivity.
- Develop and maintain documentation of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory management, and quality control records.

Job Requirements :

- 10-17 years of experience in equipment maintenance or a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering).
- Solid knowledge of powder coating processes and techniques used in industrial applications.
- Experience working with robotic painting systems or similar automated manufacturing technologies.
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
