Roles and Responsibities

• Oversees integrity of product quality for assigned area through participation as

integral part of manufacturing team.

• Drives and champions quality improvement efforts.

• Provides expert analysis, guidance and support to Production in Process

Improvement activities, including effective use of Problem-Solving tools /

techniques and statistical analysis.

• Through the application of APQP, supports the external customers in Recent

Product Introduction,Localization and Continuous Improvement activities .

• Insures that internal customer needs for Control Systems are met in a timely and

functional manner.

• Results for this position will be measured by improvements to Customer

Satisfaction and Internal Scrap rate.

• Optimizes Process Capability on significant characteristics through effective





application of statistical analysis techniques and training of shop floor people in

Problem-Solving.

• Responsible for Product&Process; audits,Internal and Customer

complaints closures and monitoring with effective counter measure

implementation.

• Applies knowledge of Inspection Equipment and Techniques to provide timely

data usable for informed decision-making.

• Utilizes analytical skill sets to implement root cause analysis and provide

recommendations for corrective action.

• Should be competent in ISO 50001:2011 requirements for establishing,

implementing, maintaining and improving an energy management system and

follow a systematic approach in achieving continual improvement of energy

performance, including energy efficiency, energy use and consumption

• Responsible for Change Management process, Calibration process.
