WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Social Media War Room
- Manage multiple client brands across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Build content strategies that people actually want to consume.
- Track trends, memes, creator movements, platform changes, and viral formats.
- Spot opportunities before competitors do.
Content Shoot Commander
- Plan and execute content shoots.
- Handle cameras, lighting, mics, and mobile shooting setups.
- Direct founders, business owners, and team members on camera.
- Capture content that doesn't look like every other agency's work.
Creative Team Quarterback
- Translate client requirements into killer creative briefs.
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and content creators.
- Push projects from idea production publishing.
- Ensure nothing gets stuck because "someone forgot to follow up."
Client Relationship Owner
- Lead client meetings confidently.
- Present strategies, reports, and ideas.
- Handle feedback, revisions, and expectations professionally.
- Become the trusted marketing advisor, not just the agency contact.
Growth & Performance
- Track engagement, reach, leads,
conversions, and growth metrics.
- Generate insights from data.
- Continuously improve content performance.
