Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team in Mowa, Raipur. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in field sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to generate leads, acquire new customers, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Visit prospective clients, dealers, retailers, distributors, builders, contractors, and other relevant business partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to convert them into customers.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Proven experience in field sales, territory sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, convincing, and closing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
- Strong follow-up and networking skills.
- Positive market understanding and sales planning ability.
- Professional attitude and strong presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and sales reporting is preferred.

Qualification

- Minimum 12th Pass required.
- Graduate candidates are also eligible.
- Relevant field sales experience is mandatory.
- Freshers are not eligible.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates should be confident, energetic, target-driven, and comfortable with regular field visits. Prior experience in handling customers, dealers, distributors, retailers, or corporate clients will be preferred.
