Role & responsibilities : Role & Work Flexibility Overview: This is a high-impact leadership role offering complete flexibility. We support Remote and Hybrid working models for candidates managing our Pan-India footprint. You will take ownership of the entire supply chain ecosystemfrom demand planning and procurement to warehousing and nationwide distribution. Key Responsibilities: - Spearhead the end-to-end supply chain strategy for Pan-India operations, aligning supply capabilities with business growth targets. - Drive robust Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP;) frameworks to optimize inventory levels and enhance delivery efficiencies. - Oversee large-scale vendor ecosystems, contract negotiations, and procurement strategies to drive cost-efficiency and quality. - Manage secondary and tertiary logistics networks to minimize turnaround times and distribution bottlenecks across diverse geographies. - Introduce technology-driven automation, advanced ERP/WMS systems, and data-driven dashboards to maximize operational visibility. - Build, mentor,



and lead high-performing supply chain and logistics teams on a national scale.

Preferred candidate profile : 14+ years of core supply chain experience. We are open to leaders coming from any industrial background (Manufacturing, FMCG, E-commerce, Retail, Engineering, or Industrial Logistics) with heavy multi-site or national-level experience.

- Proven track record of scaling supply chain infrastructure and optimizing costs across a national footprint.

- Exceptional strategic planning, analytical, and cross-functional leadership credentials.

- Educational Background: MBA / Post Graduation in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or engineering from a premier institute.
