Job Role Responsibilities:
As a Field Support Warrior, you will be the frontline hero ensuring our digital signage solutions run smoothly at client locations. Your key responsibilities will include:
On-Site Support - Regularly visit customer locations to ensure digital screens function properly.
Installation Repairs - Execute installations, repairs, and maintenance as per company guidelines.




Emergency Support - Be available for urgent troubleshooting to provide quick and efficient solutions.
Customer Interaction - Coordinate with clients to understand issues and deliver effective resolutions.
Technical Coordination - Work closely with the team to prioritize and report technical issues.
Significant Requirement: A two-wheeler and driving Licence is mandatory for this role.
