Role & responsibilities

- Conduct periodic Fire Safety Audits across stores to assess compliance with statutory and company standards.
- Review the effectiveness and operational readiness of fire protection systems, including hydrants, sprinklers, fire alarms, smoke detectors, emergency lighting, and extinguishers.
- Identify fire safety gaps, non-compliances, and potential risks, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with observations, risk ratings, and action plans.
- Track and ensure timely closure of audit findings through coordination with stakeholders.
- Conduct follow-up audits to verify compliance and effectiveness of corrective measures.
- Develop audit checklists, SOPs, and compliance frameworks in line with applicable fire safety regulations and organizational requirements.




- Analyze audit trends and prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Support third-party, insurance, and statutory fire safety inspections and audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fire safety standards across all locations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Fire & Safety Engineering, Fire Technology, Industrial Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
- Required 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Additional certifications in Fire Safety Management, Industrial Safety, EHS, or Risk Assessment will be preferred.
