Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our Voice Process (Domestic/International). The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Hindi and English and be passionate about delivering a outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally with strong communication etiquette.

- Communicate fluently in Hindi and English.

- Maintain excellent listening and interpersonal skills.

- Stay updated with process knowledge, daily updates, and company policies.

- Deliver consistent performance in terms of quality and productivity.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Any Graduate (Graduation is mandatory)

- Experience:



Minimum 6 months in a voice process (Domestic or International)

- Languages Required: Hindi (Mandatory), English (Good fluency required)

- Work Mode: Work from Office (F2F process)

- Employment Type: Permanent

Compensation & Benefits

- CTC: 3.6 LPA

- Cab Facility: Not available

- Work Days: 5 days working, 2 rotational weekly offs
