Job Purpose
The Central Legal Manager position plays a crucial role in implementing and scaling up the AI Legal Report generation by ensuring legal compliance, managing documentation, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The primary purpose is to support the organizations legal functions, facilitate smooth operations, and mitigate legal risks.

Key accountabilities

AI Legal Report Preparation:

- Verify the legal documents of the case
- Push these legal documents in AI System and generate the Legal Report.
- Verify the Legal Report from enforcement perspective.
- Run UAT/ Test cases in various AI tools, as and when required.2

Documentation:

- Draft and review loan documents (Home Loan, MSME, Rural Mobility).
- Handle mortgage-related matters (Registered Mortgage, Equitable Mortgage, stamp duty).
- Prepare general agreements (Vendor Agreements, NDAs).

Vendor Management:





- Onboard vendors and maintain vendor master records.
- Manage billings for MSME and Home Loan vendors.
- Analyze management information system (MIS) reports.4

Coordination:

- Collaborate with state legal managers and the legal head.
- Ensure effective communication across legal teams.

Centralized Compliance:

- Manage centralized legal activities.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Eligibility

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council of India (or relevant jurisdiction).

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in a Finance Company legal functions.
- Overall 2 years of legal experience.
