Roles and Responsibilities

- Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.

- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Handle international voice calls from clients across various industries, including BPO, IT services, and consulting.

- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships.

- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries and concerns in a timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

- STRICTLY NO TECHNICAL & IT BACKGROUND NEEDED, ONLY BPO CANDIDATES PREFERED.

- 0-2 years of experience in an international voice process or similar industry (BPO/Call Centre).

- Excellent English language proficiency with ability to understand diverse accents and dialects.

- Ability to work versatile shifts including rotational schedules (24x7) with minimal notice period required.
