Job Description
- Should have an experience in Microsoft Active Directory (AD) services, Azure Active Directory
- Expertise in forest/domain trusts and functional upgrades, domain controller upgrades/migration.
- Responsible for AD-integrated services like DNS and Group Policy.
- Ensuring adherence to Cyber Security Policy, security standards/procedures/guidelines in all daily activities and providing Tier 3 support for the Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), SAML, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), web Single Sign-on (SSO), OAuth, certificate-based authentication, and PKI infrastructure related and Azure AD authentication technologies.
- Perform in Audit and risk assessment activities.
- Adhere to compliance with policies, regulations, and customer requirements.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Design, implementation, and operation and maintenance related to Identity Access Management and related infrastructure.




- Support Service Requests and resolve incidents related to Identity Access Management.Roles ResponsibilitiesEssential:
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline
- IAM Certification will be preferred. Additional Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
