- - About the Role
- - Infinity Learn is looking for energetic, confident, and communication-focused professionals to join our B2B Offline Execution Team.
- - As a B2B Offline Execution Associate, you will be responsible for visiting schools and ensuring the smooth execution of the FREE SCORE Olympiad. You will interact with school authorities, manage on-ground examination activities, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure successful execution from start to finish.
- - Key Responsibilities
- - - Visit assigned schools as per the daily execution schedule.
- - Coordinate with Principals, Teachers, School Coordinators, and other school authorities.
- - Conduct the FREE SCORE Olympiad smoothly and efficiently.
- - Coordinate with internal teams regarding schedules, timings, and student participation.
- - Distribute question papers and OMR sheets to students.
- - Guide students on correctly filling their OMR answer sheets.
- - Monitor the examination and handle on-ground operational requirements.
- - Collect and verify OMR sheets after the examination.
- - Ensure timely packing and dispatch of OMR sheets to the central team.
- - Maintain accurate daily records and execution reports.
- - Build and maintain positive relationships with schools.
- - Support maximum student participation and generate quality student leads for the counselling team.




- - What We’re Looking For
- - - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Comfortable interacting with school authorities, teachers, and students.
- - Strong coordination and execution skills.
- - Basic knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office.
- - Good time-management and problem-solving abilities.
- - Ability to work independently and manage field activities.
- - Willingness to travel daily to assigned schools is mandatory.
- - Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
