NeoDym Technologies is looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in full-cycle recruitment, working with Tier-1 vendors, prime vendors and direct clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A postgraduate qualification, if any, will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Source and identify qualified IT consultants through job portals, vendor networks, and internal databases.
- Ability to work the US Eastern Time (EST) night shift.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
- Submit qualified consultant profiles and follow up on interview schedules and feedback.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Work with Prime Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients to obtain job requirements.
- Ensure timely submissions and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
