Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and professional networks
- Recruit for academic, creative, technical and administrative positions
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with Department Heads and Management
- Handle salary discussions, negotiations, offer rollout and joining follow-ups
- Maintain a strong pipeline of suitable candidates for ongoing requirements
- Manage employee onboarding and HR documentation
- Coordinate attendance and monthly payroll inputs
- Handle staff grievances and employee-related concerns
- Monitor work allocation, discipline and performance of administrative staff
- Maintain employee records and HR MIS
- Support college, university and institutional documentation whenever required
- Coordinate directly with Management and various departments for HR requirements

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong candidate sourcing,



negotiation and follow-up abilities
- Good understanding of payroll and general HR operations
- Ability to independently handle multiple recruitment requirements
- Organised, energetic and result-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced educational and creative setting
- Candidates with recruitment experience in Education, IT, Animation, Gaming, Design, Media or other creative/technical industries will be preferred.

The Head Recruiter should not operate only when a vacancy arises.

The person should continuously:

- Source potential candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases.
- Build relationships with experienced professionals.
- Identify high-potential candidates for future requirements.
- Maintain separate talent pools for faculty, administration, marketing, admissions and other functions.
- Reconnect with previously interviewed candidates when suitable positions become available.
- Build recruitment networks through professional platforms, industry contacts, referrals, institutions and recruitment channels.
- The objective should be to ensure that when Artemisia needs a person, a pool of potential candidates is already available.
