Required Qualifications

8+ years of project/program management experience delivering application and infrastructure initiatives.

Strong knowledge of PMI delivery practices; Agile/Scrum experience preferred.

Experience managing budgets, vendors, executive communications, risks, and cross-functional technical teams.

Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments including cloud, networking, security, data platforms, SaaS integrations, and service transition.

PMP certification preferred; Protected, Agile, ITIL, or cloud certifications a plus.

Core Responsibilities

Project Delivery Leadership

Lead complex application and infrastructure projects from initiation through closure.

Develop charters, integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, communication plans, and closure documentation.

Manage multiple concurrent efforts across business units, vendors, IT teams, and executive stakeholders.

Establish governance cadences including weekly status, steering committee, decision forums, escalation reviews, and change control.

Applications Project Management

Manage enterprise application implementations, modernization, upgrades, integrations, and migrations.

Coordinate BRD development, solution design reviews, architecture/security reviews, SIT, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and transition to operations.

Support SaaS, ERP, CRM, contact center, data analytics, AI/ML, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Translate business requirements into executable delivery plans with clear scope, assumptions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.

Infrastructure Project Management

Lead network, cloud, telecom, security, data center, endpoint, collaboration,



and platform projects.

Coordinate maintenance windows, cutover planning, change approvals, outage communications, backout plans, and technical readiness reviews.

Manage projects involving campus network refresh, wireless refresh, firewall upgrades, Azure infrastructure, Teams Phone, SharePoint/file migrations, VDI, and disaster recovery capabilities.

Ensure infrastructure deployments meet operational readiness, security, and service transition expectations.

Program Governance & Executive Reporting

Maintain project health dashboards, milestone tracking, portfolio reporting, and executive-ready summaries.

Ensure alignment with PMO methodology, stage gates, SSG deliverables, PMO templates, audit expectations, and project quality standards.

Prepare CEO/executive leadership updates focused on business impact, risks, decisions needed, schedule impacts, and back-to-green recovery plans.

Financial, Vendor & Contract Management

Manage CAPEX/OPEX forecasts, purchase order tracking, goods receipt, invoice review, accruals, and budget variance reporting.

Coordinate SOWs, vendor deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria, and payment readiness.

Manage vendor and partner relationships with Microsoft, Accenture, Cisco, Arista, Palo Alto, Five9, Cresta, and other strategic suppliers.

Risk, Issue & Change Management

Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints.

Create mitigation, contingency, and recovery plans for Yellow/Red projects.

Escalate blockers timely with decision options, impact assessment, ownership, and due dates.

Control scope changes through documented impact analysis and approval workflows.
