We are looking for a skilled Level 2 Operations Support Analyst to join our team in Finacle Treasury Management (FTM). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations support and experience with Finacle Treasury Management.

Roles and Responsibility

- Provide operational support for Finacle Treasury Management (FTM) systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of FTM with other systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation of FTM processes and procedures.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to FTM.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for treasury management.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.

Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of financial markets and treasury management principles.
- Experience with Finacle Treasury Management (FTM) system is required.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
