We are looking for a young professional to join the Growth Office and contribute across commercial intelligence, sales enablement, and presales support for key life sciences accounts. This role works directly with territory leads territory sales leads and individual business units to build the intelligence and content that shape client conversations and win strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain account intelligence: stakeholder mapping, org charts, buying committees, and budget/opportunity signals for key accounts.
- Synthesize competitive and market intelligence to inform account and territory strategy.
- Own or contribute to proposal writing and RFP/RFI responses end-to-end.
- Develop client-ready pitch decks and narratives that translate technical/scientific capability into business value and ROI.
- Support presales engagements directly with prospects and clients alongside sales and territory leads.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and territory teams to align messaging and account plans.
- Track and report on pipeline, account activity, and GO deliverables using CRM and dashboard tools.
Required Skills & Experience
Domain: Background in life sciences, pharma commercial functions, or scientific informatics (drug discovery,
R&D; data lifecycle, or CRO/CDMO exposure preferred).
Commercial Intelligence: Experience in account research, stakeholder/org mapping, competitive intelligence, and pipeline analysis.
Sales Enablement & Content: Proven track record in proposal writing, RFP/RFI responses, and building polished pitch decks.
Messaging: Ability to translate technical/scientific capability into clear ROI-driven positioning for varied stakeholders (R&D;, Regulatory/CMC, Clinical, Data Science).
Presales: Comfortable engaging directly with prospects and clients in a presales capacity.
Tools: Advanced PowerPoint and Word; solid Excel skills for dashboards and tracking; CRM experience (Salesforce preferred); familiarity with GenAI tools for research and content acceleration.
Communication: Excellent written communication for executive-ready dossiers, briefs, and documents.
Ways of Working: High ownership and self-direction; ability to work across US/EU/JAPAC time zones and stakeholder styles.
Experience Range
2-3 years of relevant experience in commercial intelligence, sales enablement, presales, life sciences, pharma, or scientific/technology services.
