Dima Hasao
- Manages technical integrity, programming logic, loop tuning, and hardware maintenance of DCS, PLC, and critical field control loops.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot the plant DCS (Ovation, Symphony Plus, SPPA-T3000, Centum).
- Update control logic, sequence controls, and HMI graphics with documentation.
- Configure and tune complex PID loops (drum level, steam temperature, combustion).
- Oversee standalone PLC systems across CHP/AHP/water treatment areas.
- Perform RCA on instrument trips and communication bus errors.
- Plan DCS hardware upgrades and manage change (MOC) procedures.
Technical skills: DCS/PLC architecture, industrial networks (Modbus, Profibus, OPC), SAMA/ISA diagrams.
Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Instrumentation & Control / Electronics.
Experience: 3-6 years in DCS engineering and loop tuning.
Qualification: BE / Diploma
