Job Description:
We are looking for experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultants with robust hands-on experience in one or more of the following modules:
- Employee Central (EC) API / Integration knowledge required
- Compensation
- Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0)
- Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) Succession
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Strong hands-on implementation/support experience in the relevant module.
- Active SAP SuccessFactors certification is mandatory.
- Good understanding of configuration, integrations, and business processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bangalore location is mandatory.
