Python Backend Developer (Kafka) - Job Description

- Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
- Design and build REST APIs and microservices.
- Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka for real-time data processing.
- Integrate backend services with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support deployments.

Required Skills:

- Solid experience in Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask).
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, producers, consumers, and message streaming.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
