Job Role:

1. Monitor load management and power distribution across stations to ensure productive energy usage.

2. Physically connect and disconnect electric vehicles to AC/DC chargers upon arrival at the facility, adhering to proper plugging, safety, and cable handling procedures.

3. Monitor incoming vehicle arrivals and prioritize charging schedules based on vehicle battery levels (SoC), turn-around time requirements, and departure schedules.

4. Ensure charging cables are stowed safely after use to prevent trip hazards, cable strain, or connector damage

5. Diagnose hardware and software issues using Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) logs and telemetry data.

6. Perform first-line remote troubleshooting (rebooting controllers, updating firmware,



adjusting power parameters).

7. Dispatch and manage field service technicians or third-party electrical contractors for physical repairs, cable replacements, and preventive maintenance.

8. Ensure all charging locations comply with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and OSHA guidelines.

9. Conduct periodic site audits (virtual or physical) to inspect hardware wear-and-tear, payment terminals, screens, and cabling systems

10. Manage vendor warranties, spare parts inventory, and hardware replacement cycles

11. Handle tier-2/tier-3 escalation issues from EV drivers experiencing charging failures, payment errors, or connectivity issues.

12. Coordinate with site hosts (retail centers, fleets, commercial properties) regarding scheduled maintenance or power outages
