Role Overview:

We are looking for an *Associate Program Manager LAP* to drive the product and business agenda for the assigned region. The role will work closely with Central Product, Credit, and Operations teams while partnering with Regional Business and Sales teams to drive growth, product adoption and competitive positioning

The role will serve as a key bridge between Central and Regional teams, translating product strategy into region level execution

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the regional Product Subject matter expert, ensuring effective adoption of new products, policies and processes.

* Conduct product, process and competition training for RMs, sales teams, DSAs and other frontline stakeholders

* Monitor the complete funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversion, productivity and turnaround time

* Work closely with Credit, Risk, Legal, Technical, Operations and Technology teams to resolve business and product bottlenecks

* Translate market and competitor insights into product, pricing, policy and business recommendations

* Own *competitive intelligence* by tracking banks, NBFCs and fintech's in the region and recommend to central team

* Develop product notes, training material, FAQs to support field teams.

* Conduct regular market, branch and partner visits to understand customer needs, competitive activity and business opportunities.

* Track regional MIS and provide insights on growth, conversion, TAT

* Travel across the assigned region as required for business reviews, market visits, partner interactions and team training

What Were Looking For

* 2 to 5 years of experience in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Lending

* Experience in a Bank, NBFC or Fintech lending organization preferred.





* Exposure to product management along with business/sales/channel management will be an advantage.

* Strong understanding of LAP, LTV, FOIR, property valuation, legal/technical processes and credit underwriting

* Strong analytical and commercial mindset with proficiency in Excel/MIS and business analytics

* Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills

* Ability to work effectively across Central Product and Regional Business teams

* Robust understanding of competitive landscape and market dynamics

* Graduate degree required;

* Regional language Telugu proficiency would be important for an AP/Telangana role

* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
