We are looking for a skilled Workday Time Tracking Consultant with expertise in Kronos/UKG to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in time tracking and consulting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with clients to understand their time tracking requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Design and implement effective time tracking processes using Workday and Kronos/UKG tools.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in time tracking processes.
- Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators related to time tracking.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new time tracking systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to time tracking and resolve them efficiently.
