We are looking for a skilled Test Lead to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and quality assurance, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure high-quality software products.
- Lead and manage a team of testers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using tools like Selenium or Appium.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.





Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of testers.
- Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium or Appium is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
