- Contact students who have enquired about courses through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students educational backgrounds, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Explain course details, syllabus, duration, fees, and available learning modes.
- Schedule counselling sessions and institute visits for interested students.
- Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission process.
- Address students questions and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate student enquiry records and follow-up details.
- Achieve admission and counselling targets set by the management.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 04 years of experience in counselling, telecalling, sales,



or customer service.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Confidence in handling phone calls and interacting with students.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a student-focused approach.
