We are hiring International Voice Process – 2+ Years for a leading banking organization. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in International Voice Process, Customer Service, Inbound Customer Support, Client Relationship Management, and Contact Centre Operations who can deliver exceptional customer experiences while handling high-volume customer interactions.

Location – Gurugram & Pune

Responsibilities –

1. Handle inbound customer interactions and provide effective resolutions to customer queries and concerns.
2. Deliver a high-quality customer experience while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
3. Manage continuous customer engagement and back-to-back calls in a rapid-paced, high-volume contact centre environment.
4. Navigate multiple applications and digital tools simultaneously to address customer requirements efficiently.
5. Adapt to changing business requirements, processes, and rotational shift schedules.

Requirements –

1. Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an International Voice Process or Customer Service environment.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume contact centre environment with continuous customer engagement.
4. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
5. Willingness to work 5 days from the office during the training period.
6.



Stable employment history and a demonstrated interest in building a career within customer contact centre operations.
