Position Summary

The Regulatory Compliance Associate is dedicated to the generation and upkeep of all GHS Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and OSHA/GHS labels across our global sites. In addition, you will be responsible for authoring SDS and GHS labels to keep our regulatory library fully current. Furthermore, you will actively participate in the triennial update cycle for all SDS and GHS labels to maintain ongoing compliance across operational regions.

Key Duties Responsibilities

- First, you will dedicate efforts to the generation, review, and upkeep of all GHS Safety Data Sheets (SDS) as well as OSHA/GHS/CLP labels across global operational sites.
- Additionally, you will take direct responsibility for authoring compliant SDS and GHS labels while keeping the internal SDS library current.
- Furthermore,



you will actively participate in the systematic triennial review and update process for all SDS and GHS labels.

Educational Qualifications Experience

- Education: Bachelor s degree in Physical, Life, or Health Sciences.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience drafting SDS and labels. In addition, working knowledge of UL WERCS software is strongly preferred.

Functional Technical Competencies

- First, sharp attention to detail is critical for ensuring total regulatory precision.
- Second, excellent oral and written communication skills to articulate technical requirements clearly.
- Furthermore, working knowledge of key international regulatory frameworks, at minimum including US GHS, CLP, and Canada GHS.
