Job Description: Civil Engineer Construction & Site Supervision

Position: Civil Engineer / Site Engineer
Department: Construction
Experience: 2–5 years
Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.

- Monitor civil construction work as per drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.

- Coordinate with contractors, workers, architects, and other site teams.

- Ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.

- Prepare and maintain daily site reports and work progress updates.

- Check measurements and quantities of completed work.

- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and manpower.

- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for solutions.

- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the construction site.

- Assist in planning,



execution, and completion of construction work.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

- Relevant experience in construction/site supervision preferred.

- Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, measurements, and materials.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage site activities and workers.

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.

- Willingness to work at construction sites.
