Job Description

We are looking for an experienced RTR Manager to manage Record to Report operations, financial analysis, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and process improvement activities.

The role requires solid expertise in Financial Analysis, Account Reconciliation, Financial Reporting, General Accounting, and RTR Operations, along with experience in managing teams and finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Record to Report (RTR) operations and finance processes.
- Perform and review financial analysis and account reconciliations.
- Analyze financial statements, key metrics, variances, and financial ratios.
- Review and resolve reconciliation discrepancies and accounting issues.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and review financial reports and management reports.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous process improvements.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of RTR activities.




- Manage small to medium-sized teams and finance workstreams.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data and provide meaningful business insights.
- Handle moderately complex accounting and financial problems independently.
- Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.

Qualification
