About the Role

WAE Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Intermediate skilled to join the Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will support accounting operations, GST compliance, taxation, financial reporting, audits, and statutory compliance while ensuring accuracy and timely execution of finance processes.

Role & responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, review ledgers, perform bank reconciliations, and manage accruals, provisions, and month-end closing activities.
- Assist in preparing and finalising financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and supporting schedules.
- Support GST compliance activities, including: o GST registration and amendments o Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns o Reconciliation of GSTR-2B with purchase registers o Vendor follow-up for GST mismatches o E-invoicing and E-way Bill compliance
- Assist in TDS deduction, return filing, and issuance of TDS certificates.
- Support Income Tax compliance, advance tax working, tax audit documentation, and return preparation.




- Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow reports, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and vendor/customer reconciliations.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other applicable regulations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal finance SOPs.

Preferred candidate profile

- CA Intermediate (One or Both Groups Cleared) Mandatory.
- 36 years of experience in Finance & Accounts (Articleship experience will also be considered).
- Sound knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Financial Reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Busy, SAP, or any ERP.
- Candidate should be from the manufacturing industry
