Role Summary

A Technical Leader is responsible for driving end-to-end development and delivery of enterprise applications using .NET full stack technologies. The role involves solid technical expertise, system design, and collaboration to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.

Scope and Responsibilities

- End-to-end full stack development using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Angular, React.js.
- Design scalable and high-performance applications.
- API development, system integrations, and backend services.




- Database development and optimization using SQL Server.
- Production support, RCA, and troubleshooting.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Technical Execution

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive architecture and integration across applications.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security.
- Work closely with delivery and engineering teams.

Skillset Requirements

Required:

- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Web API
- Experience in Entity Framework / EF Core
- Hands-on with Angular and React.js
- Strong SQL Server skills (T-SQL, query optimization)
- Experience in API development and integrations

Preferred:

- Exposure to Azure services.
- Experience in production support and monitoring.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
