Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress using tools like Jira.
- Conduct risk analysis and mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through regular status updates and meetings.
Job Requirements :
- 12-20 years of experience in software development or IT services industry as a Technical Project Manager (TPM).
- Robust understanding of Java, JavaScript, .NET technologies for developing complex software applications.
- Proven expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk analysis, and execution using various methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
