Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage patient accounts receivable (AR) calls to resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and payment issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as revenue cycle management (RCM) staff to ensure seamless resolution of AR issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in US healthcare industry.
- Solid understanding of revenue cycle management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
