NIPHA LIMITED | EXPANSION OF ACCOUNTS & FINANCE TEAM

NIPHA Limited is strengthening its Accounts & Finance function and is looking for experienced professionals across multiple levels to join our growing Finance team.

We are looking for professionals with robust core accounting, finance, budgeting and corporate finance exposure, along with hands-on proficiency in SAP S/4HANA.

1. CORE ACCOUNTS PROFESSIONAL | Manager / Sr. Manager Accounts

Experience:
• 10+ years of relevant core accounting experience
• For Qualified CA: 3+ years of relevant post-qualification experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Core accounting and financial accounting activities
• Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements
• General Ledger, provisions, reconciliations and month-end closing
• Statutory audit coordination and compliance support
• MIS and financial reporting
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation and statutory requirements
• Manufacturing / corporate accounting exposure will be preferred

Qualification: CA / CMA / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent
Must Have: Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA

2. ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT | Banking & Corporate Finance

Experience: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day accounting and banking transactions
• Bank reconciliation and transaction processing
• Vendor/customer accounting and ledger maintenance
• Payment processing and banking operations
• Fund transfer and banking documentation
• Support in corporate finance and treasury-related activities




• MIS preparation and financial data management
• Coordination with banks, internal departments and finance teams

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / equivalent
Must Have: Hands-on proficiency in SAP S/4HANA
Preferred: Candidates with strong banking transaction and corporate finance exposure

3. AGM / DGM FINANCE

Experience: 12–18+ years of relevant experience

Qualification: Qualified CA / CMA

We are looking for a senior Finance professional with strong expertise in core accounting, budgeting, financial planning and corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Overall leadership of Accounts & Finance functions
• Financial accounting and reporting
• Annual budgeting and periodic forecasting
• Budgetary control and variance analysis
• Working capital and cash-flow management
• Financial planning and business MIS
• Cost analysis and profitability monitoring
• Audit, statutory compliance and financial controls
• Management reporting and decision-support analysis
• Partnering with business and operational teams on financial matters

Must Have: Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA and sound understanding of core accounting and finance processes.

COMMON REQUIREMENTS

Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
Strong fundamentals in Accounting & Finance
Good analytical and MIS skills
Strong Excel and financial reporting capabilities
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
Manufacturing / Engineering industry exposure will be an added advantage
