Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Environments Lead to own the end-to-end strategy, governance, planning, and operational management of non-production environments across large-scale transformation programs. This role will ensure the availability, stability, security, and readiness of Development, SIT, QA, UAT, Pre-Production, and Training environments supporting enterprise platforms such as SAP, Blue Yonder, and other integrated business applications.

The successful candidate will work closely with Program Leadership, Testing, Release Management, Architecture, Infrastructure, Operations, and Vendor teams to align environment readiness with project milestones, testing cycles, and release schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the enterprise environment strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Development, SIT, QA, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Training environments.
- Plan and coordinate environment provisioning, configuration, cloning, refreshes, upgrades, and decommissioning activities.
- Collaborate with development, testing, operations, and infrastructure teams to determine setting requirements and priorities.
- Oversee data refresh, seeding, masking, and environment optimization activities.
- Maintain the integrated workplace calendar,



including planned outages, deployments, refreshes, and availability schedules.
- Coordinate environment usage across multiple delivery teams to prevent conflicts and bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with architecture, security, risk, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor environment performance, stability, capacity, and availability.
- Drive resolution of environment-related incidents, risks, and issues.
- Support systems integration testing, release management, and business readiness activities.
- Maintain environment documentation, topology diagrams, dependencies, standards, processes, SLAs, and operational procedures.
- Provide regular status reporting, metrics, risks, and readiness updates to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Environment Management across complex enterprise ecosystems.
- Proven exposure to enterprise platforms such as SAP, Blue Yonder, and other integrated business applications.
- Expertise in environment governance, provisioning, refreshes, cloning, and lifecycle management.
- Understanding of end-to-end systems integration, testing lifecycles, and release management processes.
- Experience supporting multi-system environment orchestration in large transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively across business, technology, infrastructure, cloud, and operations teams.
