Job Title: Oracle Apps EBS SCM Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

OSI Digital is looking for an experienced Oracle Apps EBS SCM Functional Consultant to support new implementations, ongoing projects, and ERP practice-building initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise across Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

- Work independently as a self-starter with a go-getter attitude
- Analyze business requirements and provide appropriate Oracle EBS SCM solutions
- Support Oracle EBS SCM implementations, enhancements, and production support
- Provide functional recommendations and Oracle best practices
- Contribute to ERP practice building and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and deployment activities
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of critical functional and configuration issues
- Work with clients and stakeholders across different time zones

Required Skills:

- 8-14 years of Oracle EBS SCM functional experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in: Order Management (OM), Pricing, Shipping, Inventory Management, Procurement, BOM, WIP, WMS




- Experience with Oracle ECC implementations
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS Supply Chain architecture and business processes
- Industry experience in Industrial Manufacturing, High Tech, Pharma, Trading, or similar domains
- Good knowledge of common integration touchpoints in Oracle EBS implementations
- Experience preparing configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials
- Hands-on experience with data migration, deployment, and cutover activities
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for critical configuration issues
- Knowledge of other Oracle EBS Supply Chain products is an added advantage
- Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Flexibility to work with overlapping global time zones

Valuable to Have:

- Oracle Implementation Certification
- Pre-Sales experience
- Oracle Fusion SCM Functional experience
- Experience contributing to ERP practice building

We Are Not Looking for Someone Who:

- Has never worked directly with clients
- Lacks hands-on Oracle EBS SCM functional experience
- Requires continuous supervision to handle functional responsibilities
- Is not flexible to work with global teams and overlapping time zones
