Role: DGM Talent Acquisition (Only Manufacturing candidate)

Experience: 15 Yrs+

Role & responsibilities :

- Develop and implement the overall Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, leadership, and critical positions.
- Manage and mentor the Talent Acquisition team and ensure achievement of hiring targets.
- Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand workforce requirements.
- Build strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels, including direct sourcing, job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Drive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment consultants and hiring partners.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and quality of hire.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
- Manage recruitment budgets and ensure cost-effective hiring.




- Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Prepare and present recruitment dashboards and hiring reports to senior management.

Candidate Profile:

- MBA/PGDM in HR / Human Resources from a reputed institute.
- 15-18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in a corporate or large-scale organization.
- Strong experience in leadership hiring and team management.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and large-scale recruitment projects.
- Robust knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment technology, and market mapping.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and leadership skills.
- Experience in the manufacturing / FMCG / consumer / engineering / corporate sector would be an advantage.
