Role & responsibilities

1. Manage end to end recruitment activities with support in manpower planning, budgeting.
2. Adhere to the complete hiring process, including Job Descriptions (JD) and culture fitment
3. Induction & Orientation: Coordinated induction and orientation programs for Operating Engineers and staff
4. Campus Recruitment: Conducted aptitude tests, group discussions, and personal interviews Timely & Smooth onboarding of the new joiners.
5. Create and implement recruitment metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Indirect & Staff hiring at the plant.
6. Ensure the empanelment of recruitment consultants and leverage a diverse sourcing mix, including job and social media portals (e.g., LinkedIn), employee referrals, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) for staff positions.
7. Strategically hire for new/existing business verticals, screen and interview candidates for staff-level positions across units, extend job offers, negotiate salaries, conduct references, internal parity assessments, and salary band assessments

Employee Engagement - Implement and continuously improve employee engagement initiatives.
9. HR Policies & process adherence - Ensure uniform adherence to HR policies, procedures, and practices across units Ensure the standardized application of HR processes and practices and achieve timely closure of the Performance Management System.
10. Create and manage a filing and retrieval system to retain historical human resource records, including past and current records. Use HR analytics to analyze HR data, including attrition, recruitment, and workforce information.
11. Promote HR programs to foster an effective and conflict-free workplace Ensure smooth application of HR processes and practices with key role in running of initiatives like EE, PMS HR Analytics.

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate + MBA / PGDBM / Relevant qualification SHRM Certification (Optional)

4 + Years of experience in manufacturing industries specially automotive sectors for Specialist.
