We are looking for an experienced and energetic *Banquet Captain* to supervise and coordinate banquet operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest service, smooth event execution, and effective coordination with the banquet team and other hotel departments.

Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate all banquet operations and service activities.
- Ensure banquet halls are properly set up as per the event requirements and BEOs.
- Brief the banquet team before events regarding service standards and responsibilities.
- Monitor food and beverage service to ensure high-quality guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen, Sales, Front Office, and other departments for smooth event execution.
- Handle guest requests and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and service standards among banquet associates.




- Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of banquet areas and equipment.
- Assist in training and guiding junior banquet service staff.
- Ensure all events are conducted according to hotel policies and standards.
- Report operational issues and guest feedback to the Banquet Manager.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- 34 years of experience in Banquet Operations or Food & Beverage Service.
- Robust knowledge of banquet service procedures and event operations.
- Good leadership, team management, and guest service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
