Role: Trainer Capability Building

Location: Baner, Pune

Position: Fulltime

Mode: Work from Office

Experience: 2-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct instructor-led and hands-on training programs on AutomationEdge and related automation technologies.
- Support delivery of Foundation, Intermediate, Advanced and Developer-level training programs.
- Prepare and deliver practical exercises, assignments, use cases and project-based learning activities.
- Mentor trainees during hands-on exercises and mini-projects.
- Conduct technical assessments and practical evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Review trainees BRDs, SDDs and automation approaches and provide guidance.
- Support capability-building initiatives for developers, BAs and other technical resources.
- Develop and maintain training content, demonstrations, practical exercises and learning assets.
- Support creation of self-learning materials, videos and AI/GEM-based learning resources.
- Conduct technical grooming sessions and support trainees in becoming project-ready.
- Support partner/client training sessions and product demonstrations, as required.
- Collaborate with Product, Professional Services, BA and project teams to understand skill gaps and align training requirements.




- Continuously enhance training content based on product updates, project requirements and participant feedback.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Experience in software development, automation, RPA or a related technical role.
- Hands-on experience with any RPA/automation platform; AutomationEdge experience would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of automation concepts, APIs, databases and web applications.
- Strong problem-solving and logical-thinking skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into automation solutions.
- Strong learning agility and willingness to learn new technologies, including AI-based automation.
- Ability to guide and support trainees in a structured learning environment.
