OSI Digital is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience and mandatory CA certification to support a Fusion Finance implementation project in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, end-to-end implementations, integrations, data migration, and client-facing functional delivery. The candidate should be a self-starter with a go-getter attitude, capable of working independently with minimal supervision and contributing to ERP practice building.

Responsibilities

- Understand current business operations and finance processes.
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and functional documentation.
- Perform solution design and Fit-Gap Analysis for integrations.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Financial modules based on business requirements.
- Support data migration for AP, Fixed Assets, and GL Trial Balances using FBDI and ADF templates.
- Develop financial reports using Financial Reporting Studio.
- Work with technical and integration teams on interfaces, transaction flows, and reconciliation.
- Conduct CRP1, CRP2, UAT, and client demonstrations.
- Prepare setup documents, functional design documents, and test scripts.
- Provide best-practice recommendations and contribute to Oracle ERP practice building.




- Support end-to-end Fusion Finance implementation and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills

- CA Certification - Mandatory.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Finance.
- Strong expertise in AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Project Accounting, Tax, Dubai VAT, and AGIS.
- Solid knowledge of Oracle Fusion Intercompany setups.
- End-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation experience.
- Hands-on experience with FBDI and ADF templates for data migration.
- Strong understanding of integrations between Oracle Finance, third-party systems, and SAP.
- Experience with interface design, transaction flows, reconciliation, and end-to-end accounting validation.
- Ability to independently handle requirements, solution design, testing, and client demonstrations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with technical and integration teams to analyze and resolve issues.

Good to Have

- Oracle Implementation Certification.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules.
- Experience contributing to Oracle ERP practice building.
- Additional relevant Finance/Oracle certifications.

We Are Not Looking for Someone Who

- Has never worked directly with clients.
- Is not CA Certified.
- Lacks hands-on Oracle Fusion Finance implementation experience.
- Is not willing to work onsite in the UAE for a minimum of one year.
- Requires continuous supervision to manage functional delivery.
