Role

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centres and generate business through patient referrals.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, finance teams, and patient coordinators.
- Visit hospitals regularly and promote CarePals healthcare financing solutions.
- Identify patients who need financial support and generate leads.




- Explain medical loan and crowdfunding options to patients and their families.
- Support patients with documentation and the application process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely lead conversion.
- Track leads, referrals, conversions, and disbursals.

Requirements

- Graduation
- 15 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Healthcare, Fintech, Insurance, or Financial Services.
- Field Sales Experience mandatory
- Positive communication and relationship-building skills.
- Language - English
- Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and digital tools.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
