HR Recruiter Job Description

Position: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Department: Human Resources

Experience: 1–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from business/department heads.

Mostly hiring field sales executives for across the channels.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and internal databases.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.

Shortlist suitable candidates based on experience, skills, qualifications, and organizational requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and offer process.

Conduct salary discussions and coordinate the offer and joining process.

Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers/MIS.

Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain recruitment TAT.





Coordinate pre-employment documentation and background verification.

Maintain good candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques.

Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Solid negotiation and candidate management skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment/HRMS tools.

Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Positions closed within agreed timelines.

Quality of hires.

Offer-to-joining ratio.

Candidate sourcing and conversion.

Recruitment TAT.
