- Line Balancing & Cycle time reduction
- Proven skills in enhancing production process, optimising resource & capacity utilisation, escalating operational efficiencies.
- Familiar with SAP production Module
- IATF & VSA documentation & Implementation
- Valuable exposure to process documents like WIS, skill matrix , FMEA, Action plan, OEE calculation, Control Plan.
- Abele to make & maintain Dept. MIS, Production repots. Cost Saving through process improvement.
- Maintain 5S on Shop floor. Achieve production targets as per plan.
