Key Responsibilities

- Drive spare parts & service sales for HMX systems including IDEC and other HMX machines.
- Identify opportunities from the installed base and promote preventive maintenance spares and service offerings.
- Coordinate with service, project, and customer teams to ensure accurate requirement mapping.
- Prepare and submit quotations, follow up, and ensure timely order closure.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track inquiries, orders, and closures through CRM and provide periodic sales updates.
- Lead negotiations and order closures ensuring commercial viability and margin targets.
- Coordinate internally for timely dispatch, delivery, and billing of spares and services.

Preferred candidate profile

- Solid technical knowledge of HVAC Industry (Preferred AHU/ Evaporative Cooling systems background)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven negotiation and closing skills
- Good understanding of product applications and customer requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage customer interactions effectively
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
