The Manager HR (Recruitment) will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from manpower planning and sourcing to selection, offer management and joining. The role will work closely with business/function heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of positions with suitable talent.
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment.
2. Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with HODs for timely hiring.
3. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
4. Screen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
5. Coordinate interviews with functional heads and management.
6. Manage salary negotiation, offer release and candidate closure.
7. Ensure smooth joining, onboarding and completion of documentation.
8. Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, candidate database and hiring reports.
9. Manage recruitment consultants and develop effective talent pipelines for critical positions.
Preferred candidate profile
Postgraduate in HR
Min. 6 years of experience in Real Estate /Construction /Infrastructure sectors.
