Employment Type: 6-Month Contract

Shift: 24/7 Rotational

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international customer service role focused on chat support.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer queries through chat support

* Provide accurate and timely resolutions

* Maintain high-quality customer service standards

* Follow company processes and guidelines

* Ensure professional and effective written communication

Eligibility & Requirements

* Freshers are welcome

* Candidates with less than 1 year of BPO / Non-BPO experience

* Valuable typing skills are required

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* Comfortable working in US rotational shifts

* Candidates who can join on or before 23rd September

Salary & Benefits

Freshers: 18,000

Experienced: upto 22,000

Travel Allowance : 3500 both ways
